Hopefully some of you have seen this movie. I swear it’s one of the most beautiful films ever shot! But somewhere in the last decade there’s been rights issues or some other problems that have made it absolutely impossible to find. The only way to legally acquire it is buying a used Blu-ray for around $100.
Using Davinci Resolve Super Scale, I’ve taken all available 1080p footage and given it the UHD treatment it deserves. Combined with 5.1 audio mix, I encoded it in h265 and its sits at 25gb (really not bad for a 4k project).
The movie was shot across 20+ countries at only practical locations. Truly a one of a kind watch!
