Help & Info Wanted: I have no idea what I have!

Okay so I’m going to try really hard to describe what I have because I have no idea what it’s worth. It’s from Revenge Of The Jedi (Yes Revenge Of The Jedi before they changed the name to Return Of The Jedi). Now, it’s like a book. It’s like a spiral notebook but the pages flip up instead of side to side. It has the entire story line along with directors comments and pictures. probably 10-12 pages long. It’s in perfect condition. It’s in the original white envelope. It’s pretty good size, I’d say 12in by 8in. I have not found one other person on this planet that A.) knows what I’m talking about or B.) has seen one or C.) has any idea what it’s worth. I thought I’d come here straight to the source!

Please help me figure out what I have! Can I post pictures on here? Maybe that would help. Alas, I have no idea how to do that either haha.

Not a clue from your initial description but here's some thoughts on how to further identify this item. But pics are great, so if you are able to scan or take pictures (even with a phone), they can be uploaded to a free site like imageshack.us then once hosted there, it can be put into a post.

'Perfect condition', would you say it's a mass reproduced item, maybe this could be a marketing promo item, or are you leaning towards it being one of a kind?

How did you get this item, is it authorized in some way? Many of the production people have been selling off their collections.
