Can I ask someone a quick favor?

Can someone isolate the lines "Failed, I have" and "Into exile I must go" from Yoda in ROTS?

I need the lines without the sound effects and music in the background. I would really appreciate it, thanks!

For a few weeks.

Doesn't seem like this project has generated a ton of interest, but it's still worth it to me. We have a PIF chain going, with a few kinks.

Hi Hal,
I have enjoyed both AOTC and ROTS immensely...(its hard for me to get past JJ and the Niemodians in TPM, though its no fault of your own)

After losing my computer for a few weeks when my burner broke I mailed out the edits to agr1170, jabberdoo, and bwlag last Monday but havent had confirmation that any have arrived as of yet.
If anyone is interested those 3 should be available to continue the PIF chain shortly.

What was this thing Russ had a few pages ago? The theatrical cut of TPM off a broadcast? If so, does it have the original shot of Darth Maul falling into the pit?

He posted two clips from TPM: the original announcing of Sebulba at the podrace, and wipe to the discussion room when they land on Coruscant.

I can re-host them if you would like. But I know of nowhere to find the Darth Maul clip.

Nah that's allright, I was just wondering if the Maul man falls down the pit whole like he did for like--the first ten seconds it was in theaters. Thanks

I have a request to those more technically able than me.

Can anyone send me the audio for the isolated dialogue only, of the scene in Obi-Wan's hut in ANH? I'm hoping to try a few things here, and need the music removed.

OK. A couple of people (one UK, one US) sent me their address for a copy of the Hal9000 PT edits. My computer crashed, and I not only lost the ability to copy the discs, but I lost the address too. I'm up and running again. If you two can PM me again I'll be glad to get those shipped out. I'll still have one more set to send out, so ask and ye shall receive.

Nope, no covers. The only covers I've ever made were in MS paint, and didn't look too good.

I'm very pleased to announce that finally, there's a torrent up! It's Episode One.

Go to mininova, and search for "star wars 9000".

Hopefully this will hit a larger audience than just those interested enough to use the pay-it-forward system.

i sent out 5 sets to people in the states and the UK, so it the pif line should pick up. i almost prefer the pif system for fan edits/preservations to torrents, as my torrent bandwidth is usually tied up with more "obscure" crap.

i might take a stab at some covers for your set if you don't mind. i'm getting pretty decent with photoshop, and could use the challenge. if you have any pics you like let me know.

This is to the anonymous person who sent the full 3 disks of Hal9000 Episode I to III to Tony Denton (that's me), I would like to thank you so much

I only saw this thread last night and was wondering if I should download them, I arrive home tonight to my supprise there they where, I don't know who sent them as the person didn't write who they are or where they are from.

Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, I would just like to thank them

If you know who you are please reply to the thread, they were posted in the UK on 17th January in a white A2 envelope the disks are in orange, yellow and green disk envelopes on white inkjet printable Verbatim DVD-R disks.

So if you know who you are please reply.

Also if three people in the UK would like PIF copies please reply, the first three who pm me will receive a copy of all three films

darksaber, that would be me. you asked a long time ago (my handle was trickbaxter then), and after a big move/computer change/etc. i finally got copies mailed out.

edit: whoops! sorry about that. i mailed a few sets to the person who mailed them to you, and gave said person your address and another persons address. i was mailing 3 sets to the uk, but contacted the person you received your set from, to see if he could forward them. if i could remember his name i would thank him. good show!

There are a few glitches in AOTC that I'm aware of. Little clicks and slight disjointedness at a few certain points of edit.

I plan on doing a little revision of my AOTC edit before uploading it as a torrent.
