tron is a terrible cover.they should have used the poster for the cover.where he is holding the disc up and lara is is at his leg.it is similar to the star wars episode 4 cover.also the john carter bluray is an awful cover too.

This isn’t really about covers, but I recently bought the theatrical versions of LOTR on Blu and of the three movie discs, only Return has a picture and the other two are practically blank. Even stranger, two of the special features discs have pictures, and only Fellowship’s special features disc lacks.
EDIT: Just remembered that my DVD of Fellowship that came with the Lego game even has a picture, but they couldn’t be bothered to put it on Blu? Sigh

Now, that is a pretty awesome cover - only the movie’s premise doesn’t call for it. We should be seeing more of a sort of sex rampage. Like the Arrow cover, that was pretty much spot on.
Also, at what point did Malcolm McDowell’s Caligula carry a sword? Maybe it was in a deleted scene or something, I dunno.

He does take the executioner’s sword for a brief moment, when they’re about to off Proculus. But still, that burning Coliseum is balderdash.
I will say it’s much more sensible than this, however:

Astonishing cover.
Naturally that isn’t Branagh on the front. Understandable, as real likenesses can be pricey. So it’s the clipart option. Shall we go for a random non-specific medieval English/French Knight of the period depicted in the movie? Nah, why bother when we’ve got this viking photo right here!
If you look really hard you can spot that the charging combatants at the top are probably from the Napoleonic period (by the curved cavalry sabres).
By the way, the edition also comes in 3D!
