donations are not profits. you have to read the fine print. it's very deceptive.

Yeah Warbler's right - I'm a greedy bastard so I do consider donations to be profit and the contract reflects that.

However, in recent months we have actually made losses, so Warbler owes us money.

no, I get 50% of the profits. Since the comany lost money, I get nothing. loss is not profit.

Sure was. It was in the microscopic print invisible ink section. Loss is the opposite of profit and the opposite of Warbler recieving is giving. It's a very balanced contract.
