FrobozzCo is 100% open, and as it has been recetly pointed out to me by Ricardo that perhaps I should now take advantage of the fact that I am in the same country as my employees to better run FrobozzCo, I will try and be here a little more often. Won't be doing much of any worth while I'm here, but I'll be here.

Vetos have to be approved by the owner before being put to effect.. i believe that is the case.

my veto does require approval from the owner. If it did, what would be the point of having veto power? If I veto somthing, its vetoed. The fact that the owner doesn't approve the my use of veto power doesn't matter.

I, on the other hand, was never bought. I just had the right qualifications for the GM position. Now, I just sit back drinking scotch and smoking cigars in my goatskin jacket

This isn't a matter of bribery, you have to find a loophole in a contract that he drew up. That will be very difficult to do. Pay him all you want, the contract is already made up and signed. It is too late for him to do anything.

I wonder what Gundark has to say about this. I wonder if he even wrote up said contract. Perhaps you imagined it. I wonder what he would think of you making claims that he wrote up a dubious contract for you.

aaa...er....um...well ok, it wasn't exactly Gundark who drew up the contract. Gundark wouldn't help me, so I cloned him. His clone drew up the contract. But the clone has the same legal skills the Gundark has.

What!?! I don't think a contract in void because it was drawn by someone who did not pass the bar. I believe anyone create a contract. Even so you could kinda say that he passed the bar. The material I took from Gundark in order to make the clone was taken from Gundark after he had passed the bar. So you could say that the clone passed the bar. In any case, I will fight this all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary before I give up my veto power.

BTW, Warbler, FrobozzCo is an English/Canadian owned and operated company. The US supreme court can't help you.
