warbler, hate to say it to you and your little posse, but get out of the game before you get hurt, or someone else for that matter...

*Warbler pushes a button and a door opens behind the door are a dozen Dayv and Motti clones. The clones throw Motti, Hotrod, Nanner and Bossk out of the thread.

Warbler, I'd like to apply for a job at your company. First, where do I send my resume? What kind of job are you offering? What sort of skills do you need? You are hiring people with previous experiences in the field you work on, or are you offering training? What kind of payments are you planning to offer? Monthly workers? Hourly? Is the job to be taken by a direct employee, or you're planning on user contracted vendors? Does it offer medical? Dental? Payed vacations? Is there a good carrier plan? Do you invest in your employees future? Are there other benefits, such as stock options? Do you invest in further training? Are there going to be business trips, and if so, how often? Can I work from a home office? Do you have an union? C'mon, details man!

I'm asking for details...

Warbler, let's arrange for an interview, what do you say? I could bring my resume.

I would be very interested in seeing your resume. I am looking to fill several positions. I will need legal council, a second in-command, perhaps someone to maintain the Warbmobil™, bounty hunters/assassins, and perhaps someone to handle sales and advertising. If you think you have any of these skills, please let me see your resume.

right now I need experienced people. Perhaps after the company grows, we can offer training.

I may use either or both. It depends on what deals can be stuck with prospective employees.

Yes but it will take time to get these set up as the company is new.

I'm not really sure what kind of work you could do for WARBLER., INC.™©® at home. We do not have a union. There might be some business trips I am not sure how often yet.
I think stock options are a possibility, but don't ever plan on getting anywhere near 51% of the total shares.

I am sorry I can't be more clear, but this is a new company and I wish to keep my options open for a little while. But don't worry if you join WARBLER., INC.™©®, you will be well treated.

Warbler, I have plenty of experience in web developing (don't expect me to do web design though), Java servlet and VB-ASP, experience with Excel and VBA macros, with SQL and Oracle, DB2 and SQLServer databases, and with ERPs deployments, development and maintanance.

So I'm asuming you might need a CRM to handle your costumer relationship, and an human resources ERP to handle stuff like personel and payroll. I can deploy those for you, I'll be the Technical Team Manager. All I need is a team of 8 to 12 people with previous experience. I'd suggest consulting firms for tax reasons and to avoid headcount losses after the project is over, but please no ManPower. What do you say? Can I be your IT Manager?

Otherwise it takes a genius to know one, and we all know Shimraa doesn't qualify for that.
