I wasn't talking about Harmy. I was talking about -1

You're referring to a previous member of the team. I am nowhere near there.

So you keep saying. If other team members didn't want to be called -1 for short they should have called the team something else.

They are too busy to post most of the time, since they are working on the project and other things. Its easier to have one account to convey the messages from everyone.

Why do people keep bringing it up? It has no bearing on the project, as long as it continues. Even if I were to leave, someone else would continue to post updates using this account.

We have several prints of this, despite some people doubting it, and are in the process of getting more. We also are getting other prints of Star Wars, and Return of the Jedi. For any doubters still out there, feel free to post your own screenshots, and video previews of them. We would like to see them.

Because it is annoying and confusing is why I brought it up. Either create your own separate accounts like the forum rules dictate or stop taking issue with being mistaken for negative1. It's in your username FFS.

I understand that due to discussion involving a physical location that your paranoid need to make these distinctions probably kicked into overdrive, but you are the one/s drawing the most attention to it.

now here is a Suggestion.

When referring to something said by a team_negative1 member and your do not want to right out team_negative1 right

Has anyone considered that maybe Team Negative1 wish to stress that they are a team to avoid the issue of legal or cease-and-desist action against any one person?

Doing things this way creates a greater degree of anonymity and protects the project. So maybe we should all just keep quiet about it and enjoy the updates.

Also, about the 25G vs 50G versions, yes it would be possible, we'll see what happens when we get to the end point. The distribution of it online gets unwieldy with those sizes though.

Team Negative1

usenet = no size limit & long life time span until gone forever.

mega.co.nz = currently a great sharing platform. free accounts hold 50gb and have great download speed. sharing files is easy too. get the link and import into your own mega account.

so a 50gb version wouldn't be the impossible thing, right :)

 Exactly. That's precisely the reason.

That wouldn't offer any protection of any kind in the real world though.

You probably have me beat but I have 3 faces VHS trilogy’s. 1 ROTJ faces VHS stand alone

and before the faces VHS of ESB and ROTJ. 1 Gold 1997 VHS trilogy a Gold ANH and ESB VHS stand alone. And the last VHS trilogy 1 full frame and 1 wide.

Than I have2 2004 DVD trilogy’s. I pre ordered 2 I did not Know they would be worse than the 1997 trilogy I got used to. GOUTs and sadly 2 more 2004s giving me 4 2004s.

And then I have the blurays

I don't see how someone could post screenshots and video previews of their doubts.

It's offered us plenty, and we are less visible than you are. Since you've publicly posted pictures of where of you live, and what you have.

We are almost anonymous. Nothing can be linked to the several members of our team, except what is known through this account.

Regardless of this, we are committed to being the only restoration effort with multiple copies of each film, and bringing the highest quality restorations possible with our knowledge and resources.

Bla bla bla. Why do you feel the need to turn it into a competition? The team is obviously community-minded since they have already shared their work with Harmy and others, so I don't understand this attitude. You expressed frustration at people bringing up the issue of your scofflaw account, then proceed to practically brag about it...

It's funny how many of your posts have the exact same recipe of egotism/neediness/obliviousness that negative1's did. I'm sure most people don't doubt the team's resources or commitment, though I'd wager more than a couple doubt the mental coherence of their spokesperson.

I wish you guys would stop antagonizing them. Sure they're a little eccentric but they're doing amazing work. Just leave them be.

Be grateful that we've gotten to the point where a project like this is even possible and that there are those out there willing to put in the time, effort and funding to do it.
