An article was done in my paper (the Austin-American Statesman) on the SW DVDs. (I actually typed out the entire article here before realizing I hadn't logged in)

What Lucas fails to realize is that the moment he first released "Star Wars" and any of the subsequent films in theaters, they no longer became his. They are yours and mine.

Yep!

Neil

Well at least the reversed surround channels have been addressed.

That was in another paper as well. Funny how he messes up the SE and 04 shots.

Made for IE Forum's Episode III theme month - May 2005.

Before? After? Uh...

And that George Lucas photoshop thing looks awful.
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

Dude, the before and after captions are labled wrong. The before is on the 2004 version of Jabba, and the after is on the 1997 version of Jabba.

Though I convinced my father to purchase the set yesterday, I haven't been able to watch the movies yet. I did see a bunch of the extras, though. Good stuff.

That's really funny, because the article I wrote for my school newspaper on the DVDs was also called "A Disturbance in the Force."
