Does anyone here know who authored this particular dvd? I recieved it in a trade (along with other SW related discs, which I have found artwork for). Also, anybody know where I can get covers for this particluar disc?

This is part of the Star Wars Rarities DVD's. This is the third one which unfortunately contains errors which cannot be fixed. The first 2 have some great rare vintage shows on them as well. I have no idea who made these.
