the space battle is part of them.
without he would not go to the toshee station and not meet biggs…
i like to see this insert in the movie too.

I think the space battle and Tosche scenes would fit better at the end of Rogue One.
Leia is already on Rogue One, so why not Luke ? It would tie up both films perfectly.

Or how about going short-film style and making those scenes into a stand alone feature ? A sort of a fan-film set just before EpIV…

EP6: used a 1.33:1 alternate take from deleted scenes, and inserted into the original 2.35:1 version; it can be a “punch in the eye” for many, but, who knows, maybe someone could appreciate it!

i wouldn´t insert this behind scene.
the scene is complete and it´s unnecessary to bring a lower quality scene because there are no cuts to extend this scene.

I’ve got no clue what you’re talking about. There is no flickering present in the source file, output or uploaded video. What are you referring to?

The flickering has stopped. I think it was just my internet connection last night.

The first one looks like the Jabba ANH scene, and the second looks like behind the scenes footage/an alternate angle of the scene where Luke leaves Hoth. Couldn’t tell you the sources.

I might be wrong, but at first glance the second pic could come from Empire of Dreams (if I recall correctly this shot reveals us that the X-wing we see on the left is only its nose).
