OK, I have to bump this as this is in my area right now. It was pretty good, but one thing was pretty odd, to say the least: the 3P0 they had on display had both legs gold! I don't know about you, but that seems pretty odd to me.

I had this posted in the other thread.

This was over by the medical droids. It claimed to be Luke's hand, but I don't remember it looking like that. I can't recall a scene showing this part of his hand blasted.

This may have been used in the scene where Luke first puts on the famous black glove...IIRC, in the cockpit of the X-Wing right after leaving Jabba's.

Doesn't quite seem the same. I suspect it was an unused prop.

It's from the end of empire when the medical droid pricks his fingers to show that he can feel through his prostetic hand.

When he pricks the fingers you see them move and you then see the mechanisms inside move to match.

I have a crapload of pictures from this. I took at least one of everything.

No, it's definitely not from Empire. that scene you mention only his wrist mechanics are exposed, his hand is intact. The pic looks like the hand has is supposed to have some sort of damage to it, which doesn't happen in ESB but in ROTJ his hand gets hit by a blaster from the rear. I've checked through ESB & ROTS and this prop isn't used in either.

Yeah your absolutely right it was just in the wrist in ESB.

This must have been an abandoned prop. I guess that the silcon has degraded on the prop making the open wound look worse than was initially intended.

Same; now, if only I could transfer photos from my phone without it being a buncha change...

Actually...this could be the same prop used in the scene above...just the other side of it.

I could have sworn I leaned around and didn't see any damage on the other side. Perhaps anyone who has the exhibit locally can check.
