Out of all the different Laserdisc releases of the Star Wars trilogy there’s one type of Laserdisc release that is very overlooked. It’s an interesting release from 1995 released in Japan. The Star Wars Trilogy Collector’s Set is a special Japanese release of the THX remastered editions of the Star Wars trilogy on Laserdisc. What’s really the big highlight about this particular Star Wars Laserdisc release, other than having the THX mastered editions of the original trilogy, is that it includes the From Star Wars To Jedi The Making Of A Saga documentary on Laserdisc.

That’s the big reason why I would love to get MKV files for this particular Star Wars Laserdisc release. This exclusive Laserdisc release of the From Star Wars to Jedi documentary is currently the only way you can officially watch the documentary in higher quality, even though it’s on Laserdisc.

If there’s anyone who has some MKV files of the Japanese Star Wars Collector’s Set Laserdisc from 1995 I’ll be more than happy to download them so I can watch them.

I also want the MKV file for the Japanese Laserdisc of From Star Wars to Jedi in case I want to make a custom DVD for it.

The MKV files of the Japanese Star Wars Collector’s Set Laserdisc from 1995 must include:

  1. The full Laserdisc for each Star Wars movie and From Star Wars to Jedi.

  2. The Japanese warning screens and opening logos.

  3. The Leonard Maltin interviews with George Lucas.
