Star Wars Trilogy Anthology DTS 5.1 Unofficial Release (Released)

Welcome to the first Star Wars Soundtrack DTS release. This is a Fan Project and not an official release and all material used in this project is copyright to Lucasfilm. I wanted to make a great sound and visual experience with the music from Star Wars, as we can all agree it is one of the best compilations of music that tell a story all on its own. What better way to do it than combine the dazzling concept artwork of Ralph McQuarrie and the moving cue’s of John Williams’ Star Wars Score. A special thanks to the aforementioned artists and to George Lucas for the epic Star Wars story.

A special thanks to the crew at surroundbyus.com who designed the software that allowed the conversion from stereo to surround of the original source being the Anthology set. To find out more please visit their website.

Please let me know what you think of this release and enjoy. May the force be with you!

A torrent is available at the Demonoid website, and I can be private messaged for direct download links.

Although true you can rephrase what you wrote as something like this:

"A torrent is available at the Demonoid, and I can be private messages for direct download links."

Might as well read the Rules and Regulations of OT.com thread:

and how does this differ from 'Star Wars : A Musical Journey"

Thx for the info! I've edited my post accordingly.

I'm not familiar with Jedi Temple34's work although it looks interesting. I just took the original Stereo Source from the Anthology set and completed a conversion as used at surroundbyus.com.

It is a conversion of all four CD's in the set which are then added to a dvd containing Ralph Mcquarrie art. I've seen A musical journey but wasn't aware it was released on DVD. Was it a 5.1 release.

Check out the conversion I made and let me know what you think.

It was just a joke, based on his anti-DTS rants.  Read the linked thread for a good laugh.
