Star Wars - The Force Unleashed Cut-Scenes Preservation (* unfinished project *)

Well, I’m surprised these have not been preserved on DVD yet.  The story of this game is by far superior to anything that has come out of Skywalker Ranch in the last decade.  If no one will take on this task, then I guess it falls to me.  But I will wait until November to release because the Ultimate Sith Edition comes out then with new levels and cut-scenes.  I don’t have experience with making Menus and Cover Art, so if anyone would like to contribute to that, that would be great.  I guess I will use my Hauppagge 1600 to capture the video, though it won’t be HD.  I guess I will make ready to start this project.

It’s Not the Years, It’s the Mileage.

There is already all the cutscenes in an avi. The only issue i found was the contrast levels wasnt too good.

Well i like to have them in proper quality ,even i wish desperately for HD. ;)

Good luck with this :)

Much as I love the character, Vader/Anakin ain't the smartest cookie. His entire story is pretty much one horrific miscalculation after another. The only films in which he doesn't screw up royally in one way or another are Phantom and Empire.

I also thought the story for TFU was the strongest aspect of an otherwise flawed game.

Yeah, the story for the Force Unleashed was fantastic. I'm hoping someone takes of the challenge of turning it into a film project like has been done with the game Bounty Hunter.

The PS3 version has the best looking cutscenes as being on blu ray media they are not bit starved, at one point someone put them up on youtube but obviously a DVD or HD release would have been preferable.

I don't want to offend dayeytod but the wii version had notoriously awful graphics almost super Nintendo quality or gamecube, while the 360 and ps3 looked more cgi video like.  The nintendo version was only worthwhile owning for the duel mode exclusive, Now that the Ultimate Sith Edition is going to come out any other version will be considered obsolete xbox 360 and ps3 too.

“Always loved Vader’s wordless self sacrifice. Another shitty, clueless, revision like Greedo and young Anakin’s ghost. What a fucking shame.” -Simon Pegg.

I would definitly like a copy of this if it got made. I hated that game for its gameplay, but the cutscenes are at least an enjoyable little romp, IMHO on par with the Clone Wars series as a Star Warsy diversion.
