Just posting so I can get updates from this thread. This archive sounds extremely useful.

Yes and no. Older games are easier, but nowadays you often have to wait a long time for fanmade tools to appear that can unpack the games’ proprietary archive files.
This is now sorted 😃
I am hoping some elements from this game will propel some star wars fan edits to new heights… I think there is a lot of scope from various content
Here’s hoping
Do you have the Jason Wingreen Extra Dialogue from Rebel Strike???

Cool find of the day for me… I know he died recently… I had no idea he did the voice for Bobba Fett in this game. It’s the real deal… I don’t need it but I just hope you are aware of it.
The sounds I linked to you previously for this game only had the sound effects and no dialogue, so basically I hope you can track it down somehow.
Do you think these are actually out takes from the film???
EDIT:
My Bad it’s a guy called Chris Cox but it sounds very much like the real deal apologies…

I thought I might also add noticed in this video the sound of the storm trooper landing in a crumpled heap is also a top notch sound effect!
As far as I can tell this isn’t something that’s been released, but I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can find Star Wars sound effects?
I’m specifically looking for ships flying (a Tantive sound would be especially helpful) but really any and all SW SFX are welcome.
Just thought I should mention that LEGO TFA has the SFX mix for the cutscenes as separate tracks.

One question… where is the download / link?
Yes, where do we find this again?
Ol’ George has the GOUT, I see.

Forgot to mention that it also has alot of SW Dialogue clean of music and sound effects.
If anybody is interested in them for their edits I have them

Awesome! Where is the download link? Can’t seem to find it.
I don’t think it was ever released this Archive… Brash has by and large disappeared from the Forums recently although I saw him come back to review the last Jedi in general discussion.

that sucks, i was looking for star wars voices for a video that im trying to make currently. know anywhere that i can find clone trooper voice packs, or more specifically the Clone Advisor from Republic Commando? That’s the one im really interested in.
Does anyone know of a similar project to this that is available anywhere? Looking for a large database of Star Wars sound effects (whether they be from games or movies) to create ambient soundscapes for use with SWRPG.

I posted something on MySpleen a few years ago. PM if you don’t have a account and I’ll see if I can get you the files some other way.
Does anyone here know which sound effect is used for R2-D2’s holoprojector? It’s a buzzing whirring noise that was used in the 1977 mono mix of A New Hope, Return of the Jedi and The Last Jedi.
The name’s Lawson. Noah Lawson.
Hi Everyone, I’m new here. Looking for the link to the sound collection, if anyone could please help.
I had this amazing torrent from years ago of highly polished OT sounds on a hard drive that went bad. I’ve tried to recover the data, but its lost. I’m hoping this collection has the same sounds as the “Star Wars Sounds” torrent from years past. Help me OT, you’re my only hope…
Thanks.

I think Brash hits the boards every once in a blue moon, but I know for sure this project was never finished.
I’ll poke him and let him know you asked.

I recently acquired a copy of The Sounds of Star Wars book, but I can’t get the audio player to work for the life of me. I’m interested in getting a hold of those 256 sounds in particular. This thread is the closest I’ve been able to get to finding them anywhere online.
Even if Brash’s full archive isn’t available anymore (or ever?), does someone at least have a lead on the SoSW sounds?
Thanks in advance.

Oh fantastic! Thank you so much. I didn’t expect much from necroposting on an ancient thread, but you came through with exactly what I was looking for.
Sorry to revive this old post but I was just wondering if anyone ever made a substantial SW sound archive? I found a good pack called “The Ultimate SW SFX PACK” on Reddit but it is nowhere near close to all the sounds i’m looking for.
