Not entirely sure which versions they are showing, but the trailer definitely looked like the original version of ANH. Perhaps they'll also show the original theatrical version of AOTC. Anyway, thought I'd mention it so those with the equipment and desire to grab them can keep an eye out. Might make for a good source for a DVD project...

Oh, they start on the 26th of August.

Sky usually always show what is commercially avalible at that time, and a pound to a penny this will be the SE DVD vertions.

I bet it will be the 1997 SE, and pan&scan.

I can't believe how subscription TV movie channels still mostly show pan and scan and not theatrical ratios. They do sometimes show 2.35:1, I know - but I'll bet a penny it's pan&scan 1.78:1. Anyone with Sky's PVR should record it, though - it may be 2.35:1, and it may be the 1997 SE which would be handy.

Some were not blessed with brains.

Ya i saw the preview i was expecting it to be show on tv just like in 2004 . I hope they are the OOT but i havent got sky movies
