How about The Galaxy Torn Apart (it sort of balances with The Empire Strikes Back).
It makes more sense than Attack Of The Non Attacking Clones.
I would make it- A Galaxy Torn Apart

I used "The" to match up with ESB but if you are going with "A " I'd use my previous stab of A Galaxy Divided (not as dramatic but evocative of By The Sword Divided which was a British Civil War series) shame the game kind of got there first when it didn't make as much sense (is the Empire really divided in that game?).
"A" flows better than "The".
Well I'm still at the editing. This is such a mess of a film that a lot of it is unsalvageable (at least with my limited skills and ingenuity) It's looking more and more like it's going to be way under an hour and a half long when I'm done with it. I don't mind though. So long as it demonstrates my ideas effectively for consideration in people's future edits, and becomes a bearable viewing experience, I'll be happy :)
Well I've just had an idea about a possible way to fix the whole Jango/Boba issue in the film. As it stands, he's clearly affiliated with both sides, both being the host for the clone army and being on geonosis with Dooku (which not only makes the jedi look ridiculously stupid for still using the army, but also poses its own problems in an edit where Dooku is a good Jedi)
So here's my idea - after escaping Obi Wan on Kamino, we use one of the existing P.O.V Slave 1 cockpit shots, and have a hologram of a hooded, obscured faced Palpatine/Sidious come up. We then have him say (either through sampling existing dialogue, or voice modulation, or a combination of the two) something like "very good, now lead them to the seperatists. We will have our war." (or something cleverer than that - I haven't really thought about the line much).
The point is, Jango/Boba now has a reason to lead Obi Wan to Geonosis. We then never see him again after that (he is not in the arena) and Dooku's line of "there are no bounty hunters here that I am aware of" becomes truth.
Here's a mockup of a possible hologram for my idea. The screen would dissolve from the above display into the other.
That looks pretty good! :) I know it's just a mock-up, but for the final version, you might want to sort of ramp up the redness/brightness to match the other. Something like that.

My aims with this edit:
To address the nonsensical plot, Jedi stupidity, Anakin being an asshole, Boba Fett being a kid, and many other issues. (will update when I can remember them all)List of Changes:
- New title and Crawl - Suggestions welcome and encouraged! New crawl will explain that the Clone Army is common knowledge.
- Re-edited Kamino scenes to remove Jedi ignorance of the Republic ordering a clone army.
I had an idea the other day concerning the republic knowing about the clone army:
The very first senate scene could have someone (Palps) showing a "video" using the actual footage from Kamino. Maybe even have Lama Su there in a floating pod thingy narrating on top of the footage (just like in the original).
The idea is to move all of the information from that scene in the original and rework it to be used in the opening senate scene to show visually that the rebuplic is on board for this clone army.
It seems like there could be some advantages and disadvantages to this idea...one disadvantage is I don't know exactly what would take place once Obi wan lands on Kamino. lol Just the whole Fett thing I guess...
Anyways...thought?

One change I've implemented already is to move the Senate scene of Palpatine getting his emergency powers to immediately after Padme and Anakin leave Coruscant. He doesn't say anything about creating an Army because in my crawl, it will explain the army is common knowledge already. At the end of this scene, Mace doesn't say anything about going to Geonosis to help Obi Wan, and I've tweaked Yoda's line:
Mace: It is done then
Yoda: Hmmmmmm
*pause*
Yoda: Visit, Obi wan will, the cloners on Kamino.......and see this army they have created for the republic.
Obviously the reason being to track down the bounty hunter, under the ruse of 'inspecting' the army.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49L3xzkZ3Pc
It's still VERY rough. I've done no work yet to smooth it out or add background music to Yoda's tweaked line. It's just in place ready for when I get to the audio stage.
SSWR, how would your idea be accomplished? And what narration do you mean? I'm definitely interested :)
Cuts wise, the editing is almost completed. There's still some to go but as you can see from my timeline, I'm having a good stab at cutting the film to shreds!
Once I smooth out the sound (tips appreciated), it'll be time to start learning after effects. I need to do some armour recolours, character removals, superimpose a sidious hologram onto Jango Fett's screen, recolour Sabers and lasers.
And what's more, I don't know how the hell I'm going to do any of it!
HELP!

Hmmm...your idea sounds like it'll work well...
I'm not quite sure how my idea would be accomplished! lol...after effects would be a must though! I started working on an idea...I'll let you know if I really get anywhere ;)
And as far as narration...well...I DO know that I like the idea of the clone army being common knowledge. And now that you've explained that Obi wan will still go to Kamino under the ruse of 'inspecting' the army...well I think that should work well.
I'm very excited for your edit! I don't know where I can really help you in this...mostly ideas, I guess! :D

Well it was actually you that gave me the idea of moving the senate scene earlier in the film, so keep em coming! :D
Where is my temple matte ? :(
Nice work with yoda :D

Haha, that scene is on the cutting room floor I'm afraid. I know it's no great consolation, but I'll use it for a DVD Menu (if I ever get to that stage). It would require me knowing how to edit and reassemble a 5.1 surround mix first.
I've been having some problems with quality of output in Premiere, as well as certain things not being as straightforward as they should be (such as there being no feathered edge option for wipes)
I'm therefore considering moving to Final Cut on a Hackintosh partition. I don't mind starting from scratch with my editing as it will give me an opportunity to learn Final Cut properly (I want a job in editing). And it's not like I have to come up with everything from scratch again. I can export my Premiere project to a video file and use that as reference.
Any thoughts?

What version are you using? I love premiere as an editor but it can kinda suck when rendering out. It loves to tell you "Error compiling movie" and when you do research all the adobe boards tell you to remove effects... Which sucks... However, I have had pretty good luck rendering out a high quality mpeg2 if you want to try that.
I'm using CS4.
Well for one thing, the export quality seems to suck. In the opening shot which I've rotated so it pans down instead of up, the bottom of the screen is really pixellated and i don't know why. I don't know what I'm missing.
I've just updated my main post a bit, and would like to use this post as an excuse to ask anyone here who knows: where can I get some idiot proof After Effects tutorials for frame by frame recolouring of specific details (fett's visor) as well as more complicated recolours (geonosis, kamino's sky etc)?
I need to do a global color correction, and then a more careful scene by scene colour correction. Again, I can't for the life of me find tutorials. I'd love to just get hold of Ady's After Effects project when he's finished with AOTC, and then just substitute the source video.
I'm also curious. How does the colour correction in After Effects differ from the colour correction already in video editing programs like Premiere and Final Cut? How is it better?
I also need tutorials on compositing (for the sidious hologram on boba's screen) and matting out characters (removing young boba, for example).
I've just placed an order for a Mac Mini, so I'll be starting this project from scratch in Final Cut using a Premiere export as a reference for duplicating my current progress. Can't wait for it to arrive :D
Hi, will this title works: Republic Twilight. I think it's covers the whole story.

That's a little too close to the title of my EP2 edit, Twight of the Republic.
(people may get the two edits confused with each other)

Yes, that's true. I will watch you're fanedit, getting interested. Hmm.. maybe this two:
-Insurgency in the Republic or Republic Insurgency (I don't know if it's spelled correctly, i'm not live in an english speaking country)
-Dark Retaliation
Tryng to think something else, the story is about faceless enemies, conspiracy, controlled rebellion.
I've set up my Mac Mini so now to learn Final Cut! Wish me luck!
In my experience, there's no such thing as luck.
Yeah, that was pretty corny. ;) I hope it goes well.
Hi! I don't post here much but I just wanted to say that I've been following your updates and I'm excited for this edit as much as I'm excited for ESB:R. So, I wish you the best and keep working on this one! ;)
