I don't understand what you mean. They didn't directly factor into anything I did. My edits omit things but Padme's fate is the only thing that jumps out at me as a substantial continuity change that might oppose EU stuff. But I hope future films don't reference it explicitly, since it already contradicts ROTJ.

i'm just trying to find an edit that fixes all the problems of the prequel films while making them fit with the two clone wars series.

All I can suggest would be to read through the comprehensive (for your purposes) change lists and see if anything I've done would be a problem. I don't know the '08 series very well, but I understand even the prequels themselves have continuity problems with it. ("General Greivous, your shorter than I expected," etc.) if you like a PT edit and there's incongruity, maybe you can come up with an in-universe rationalization.

from what i read of your edit i think yours might be the one that might fit the qui gon dialog and midicloreans i don't know if midicloreans are mentioned in the clone wars. the qui gon dialog in mortis would be an issue because he says have you done what i ask have you trained the boy.

Seems like there are some superficial continuity differences, but nothing that would plague you as you watch them, surely. It's not like you don't know it's an edit and will probably be different.

Good news, everyone. I've gone ahead and put the 1080p version of V3 on the 'spleen. The other two will follow.
And yes, it's got the purple kool-aid saber. I may eventually release a V3B (B for blue) with the blue saber when it is completed. But personally, I think it's less questionable to leave the saber unaltered for the main release. (It'll be less than perfect since one has to lighten the surrounding glow rather than darken it.)
As always, the .info page will be updated once all three versions are established, and so will come later.

hal9000 i don't mean to be pushy but how much longer now that you release the ep 2 edit will the ep 3 edit be release i'm patient i just like to know that's all. i may have sounded like i was impatient but i waited a couple of days before i posted again sorry if i bothered anyone.

There's a reason why this is the one forum I've stuck with the most by far. Anyway, Ep3 is ready to go, but Ep2 has to encode and upload in full before it'll be released. There's nothing holding it up other than th necessary time required to get Ep2 out there.

And all I can say is it'll be done when it's done. My CPU can only crunch numbers so fast. Believe me, I'd choose to already have it be finished if it could go faster.
