@ Coov: Great covers man, you really have some tallent. Shouldn't it be though instead of "not the way it was", but rather "not the way it is"? They are the classic versions, so shouldn't that pertain to the present new releases? The classic ones haven't changed, it's the current ones that have.

Hey There,

I once had a cover on my computer that could be used as an inly for the definitive archives. It used the style of the PT DVDs and I believe Threepio and George Lucas were on it. I can't find it in the torrent anymore, does anyone know, where I can get it...???

Thx
A young jedi named Darth Vader who was a pupil of mine until he turned to evil helped the empire hunt down and destroy the jedi knights. Vader was seduced by the dark side of the force.

FYI guys, when we start using the new board software, I'm going to require that everyone use thumbnail links instead of posting full-res images. Until then please be mindful of those on dial-up connections and those using low-res monitor settings.

That said, I'm seeing some great work in here lately from Coov, THX, and others. Keep it up!

Not too shabby. Although the back looks like is at the halfway point of being a detailed version and a simplified version. I'd either add more details or take out some. And what is Vader doing under there?

Hmm...Haven't you read the "Please do not post full-size coverart. Use a thumbnail as above or a smaller version 800px wide or less and link to your full-size image." moderator note in your previous post?...

catofong, if you were trying to cut and paste imageshack's code you'll notice that it doesn't work since this forum's link code is different. Just get the full size version's direct url and use the [ L=text ] URL [ /L ] code, or just click on the "http" box above the reply box.

edit: Almost forgot, your revised version much better. Good job.

It looks better. A little more symmetry could be good. I'd make it a little more like this. Oh, and I'd start the covers with a true (in this case) black background and add the elements onto that. And make sure the elements are clean and lacking any background of their own.

All right Cato...you're getting better. Quick question - why the 2007 on the back?
Author
Time
Yeah, cato, you're doing better.

My three cents:
1. If the front is going to be silver, make the spine silver. Or both blue. I'm just a fan of consistency.
2. The "For superior sound and picture quality" line at the bottom of the front cover almost looks like it's cut off. Might want to move it up a little so there's a bit of a silver border.
3. The text on the back cover looks like it's running into the spine. The "d" on "instructed", especially. This seems to be fixed in Sluggo's edit.

Oh, and one more thing that I didn't notice earlier. The spine isn't in the center. Could be a problem if you actually try to print it out.

Finally got around to completing my "extras" cover to match my other covers:

This was originally made for RowMan's excellent compilation of the Definitive Collection extras, but I guess it works just as well for any other DefCol extras disc. If anyone wants a hi-res, PM me your email address - Grisan's upload page seems to be down right now.

Looks great! What font do you have to use to imitate the intro crawl and the credits?

Who wants to make an awesome cover for Backstroke of the West? Here's all the pertinent info:

Dolby Digital 5.1
Dolby Digital 2.0
2.35:1 widescreen (resized workprint)
Engrish and Chinese subtitles
Scene Selection
Interactive Menus

Also, the full title is "Star War: The Third Gatherings: Backstroke of the West".

I used to be very active on this forum. I’m not really anymore. Sometimes, people still want to get in touch with me about something, and that is great! If that describes you, please email me at [my username]ATgmailDOTcom.

Hi everybody. You’re all awesome. Keep up the good work.
