ESB wasn't released on video for another two years and ROTJ an additional two years, so neither had covers that really matched the original ANH covers.
If you still wanted to create matching covers then you'd probably want to use the artwork from the ESB Style A poster and the ROTJ Style B poster as they are the ones used on all the early video covers (which all looked vaguely like the original ANH cover).
