I am just taking some of the comedy elements out I know star wars has always had comedy but this one just a little to much. I plan to have a first draft of the film this weekend and will need a few people to test watch it. It will not have a crawl that says “A New Threat” because I do not know how to make crawls yet. Any help is appreciated

Taking out forced or unnecessary comedy is fine and I’m sure most fanedits (including mine) will do this but something like the “Who talks first?” but and the BB-8 thumbs up are essential and were guaranteed laughs in all 5 viewings of the film in theaters.
