Oh I’d for sure not imagine it’d be doable. The only thing I’d think of for a source is when the heroes walk past a K2 droid in Rogue One on Scarif, clunking along robotically with no personality. Maybe the upcoming Cassian Andor series would have more footage to draw from.

But yeah, just an idea that doesn’t cost me anything to toss out.

I would like to recommend adding the Imperial March/ Darth Vader’s theme when he walks through the exploded door. My favorite one that I would suggest is Imperial Starfleet Destroyed , although you could look it up and find some cool results on YouTube.

Mr.9000 is correct, those flashes are amazing! They’re even better than Adywan’s! I love how it goes from red to purple to blue, it just blends amazingly!

I don’t know, and probably not, but would it be easy to map that work onto the 19SE and output? I don’t suppose we’d be so lucky but I hope you don’t mind asking.

It really looks good. Boy, it might be worth revising my project with a version of the 2011 master to get in on that. I know you’d said you may later on tackle the 19SE, hence my curiosity of how feasible it’d be to transfer this work with R2’s light to that transfer.

What 19SE are you talking about? ESB?

I meant that I’d revise my ANH project, which is sourced from the ‘19SE’ master first seen in 2019 on Disney+, to take advantage of the R2 light.

Hey Folks, Taking a break for about 2 weeks or so, And by break I mean a break from editing, not this forum or these threads.

Alright, change of plans, ROTJ will be based on the 2019 master, but ESB will now be based on the 2011 blu-ray.

That’s how a prior version of my OT project was, with only ROTJ being sourced from 19SE. I’ll be interested to see how it compares to the other two in look and feel.

So folks, here are the requests being done:
.Imperial march in Vader’s reveal.
.Re-colored Artoo panels in space.
.New alderaan explosion, No ring.
.SE mos eisly matte but with no rats.
.Enhanced death star battle.
.And Luke with purple hair.

Very nice, tackling the biggest one first that no one has been able to get just right. The aura around it works so well, with just the radiance you’d expect from that kind of phenomena.

It. Looks. Beautiful! I honestly really like it! The color correction over the clip also looks great. Why did it go black for 8 seconds at the end, though?

I wanted to cut it there but couldnt stand cutting the beautiful music.

Wow this edit looks very impressive so far! I can’t wait to see the finished product.

Also glad you’re introducing Vader with the Imperial March and updating the blaster bolts to match ESB:R and the prequels
