Star Wars 1997 Special Edition - French Edition

i am looking for the special edition of star wars 97 in french version
any quality LDrip or VHSrip

For many years, there were vhsrip copies of the movies on TPB. Since then, I haven’t seen them anywhere else. Except for a rare copy, a SECAM-recorded ANH from the early '90s, which was shown on French TV that year. (TF1?)

I looked everywhere and no French version found of the special edition 97 even in VHSrip or other
for me I prefer the 97 version which introduced me to Star Wars in the cinema
I saw two copies on usenet marked 1997
but I think these are the 2004 DVDs

There are French Laserdiscs that are dubbed.

This is the only one on here i know about and i don’t know its availability.

There were a couple of other projects that captured the French PAL but only to marry it to the English dialog, Lee did one so did Moth3r.

These aren’t the 1997 cuts though.

I don’t see a preservation for the 1997, the boxed set was English with French subs, the single 1997 discs were French dub.

French laserdisc cuts are difficult to capture and preserve because of the missing seconds
but still doable but requires a lot of work
after that there are many VHSrips from 97
but cannot be downloaded
because the torrent is dated
I tried it myself and the result was not great and the sound too

I can’t remember if I ever asked them directly I want to be completely fair, I asked in the thread for the Japan laserdiscs. Never sent a pm. It was easier for me to just purchase the discs and watch them on my old tv set.

but it will forever preserve the French laserdisc 97
due to missing micro seconds

well I even searched on usenet
and nothing concerning the Star Wars trilogy special edition 97 in French
I would really like to find a nice capture even vhsrip or laserdisc
but nothing about it
after that I don’t know much about video capture
or otherwise it would be necessary to extract the French audio from the VHS and synchronize with another source
I sincerely hope that someone will come up with French 97 audio one day
