For those who might be interested I have finally uploaded my capture of this to MS. It contains any/all adverts before the film, the film, and the 2 special features after the film.
This VHS was only released in North America and I wanted to preserve it as is.

Cool, were the special features released digitally?
The DVD release had all of the special features, this contained only 2 of them.
Your screengrabs are distorted, Fo. 4:3 LB should look more like this.
It’s VLC that does that, not me.
Setting the AR in VLC should fix it. Just trying to help out – presumably, you want to present your release in the best possible light. 😃
