Star Trek TNG humor edit/redub series!

Hey guys I wanted to share with you my latest project and I’d like to updated you guys/bounce ideas for future episodes.

What i’m doing is taking clips from Star Trek the Next Generation and making the show into funny moments. I do have the first two episodes done. When i get the 3rd going i’ll bounce some ideas out there and see what you guys think.

Thank you! I don’t know if you saw the original icons but i did name this ‘TNG Sitcom Redub’ but changed it to ‘TNG Comedy Redub’ I know these edits are all about comedy but i wanted to avoid putting a laugh track. I’ve seen others do it with other videos but i didn’t want it for this.

As far as mini stories…its in there, but yeah they very minor small stories. Like the fist Picards sick…why? we find out why. Geordi needs money…makes youtube video… wonders if its good enough to make money…crew says its not.

2nd episode Wesley keeps playing video games. His mom says she’ll bring an end to that. Plus Data finds out Geordi broke up with girlfriend…tries to steal her. Geordi gets girl back and all is forgive.

Very silly and short…but i’ve done longer actual story drive humor edits that are like 20-30min long. But i barely would get clicks. I would spend months on those. So i wanted to try something shorter and more straight joke after joke and see what the response to that would be. I do want to have stories though…without anything specific to follow then it gets boring. So thank you for the feedback.

I have an idea for the intro scene of one of my next videos. Let me know what you think.

The enterprise gets a distress call. The call is said to be in the delta quadrant. The view screen shows Captain Janeway pleading for help. Picard and Riker are shocked. Riker ask for proof that its really Janeway/Voyager. Ask she’s speaking (im going to use real Janeway scene/lines…not dubbed) than either Riker or Picard cuts her off and says something like “I don’t believe her. Disconnect connection” haha

Poor Voyager…they could of contacted the Federation a lot sooner but the crew of the Enterprise didn’t believe it was them.

I actually did something similar to this in my Star Trek Insurrection Dub (Data Must Go) but I felt the scene I put it in dragged a bit because of this so I cut it out, but it might work in these short comedy episodes.

In this episode Riker wants to take the crew to meet is aunt and uncle. In the meantime Picard is trying to get to know Troi more. Plus the crew has fun playing Street Fighter on the deck.

Thank you. I really enjoy making them. I try to find balance of humor and still trying to have some mini story. Like the last episode where riker goes and sees his uncle, I would like that story to continue in ep 5. Show the aunt and uncle on boArd the enterprise.

I could just jokes all the time but I don’t want to be like badlip reading where it’s just jokes. Anyways glad you checked it out.
