Star Trek Generations DVD recalls

The Collector's Edition was supposed to be released Tuesday, but everyone store I visited had to ship all their copies back to the distibutor...anyone know why? And please don't say "because the movie sucked."
Which is the more foolish, the fool (the OT) or the fool who follows (the PT)?

"Stay back, or Mr...Fett gets it!"

From what I read over at HTF, there was something advertised on the jacket that wasn't actually on the disc (a trailer or something). Paramount recalled the discs so they could reprint the jacket. It should be available again on the 28th.

Funny thing is I saw the DVD at Target three days after the recall, and it did indeed list the trailers on the back, so they didn't bother with the recall.

I have the original. Not sure whether picking up this up is worthwhile. What's different?

The only difference is the behind the scenes stuff and deleted scenes and the quality of the movie is really awesome......other than that, if you are a Star Trek fan as well like I am, it is worth having in the collection. I actuall have a Generations trailer with a deleted scene in it that doesn't make it into the DVD stuff, it is on the Star Trek Memories VHS w/ William Shatner. It is a scene between Kirk and Harryman on the Enterprise B while trying to escape the edge of the Nexus......Kirk looks at him and says something about "Let's cheat death together".......nice little scene to see any way you can see it.

I also have the one with the error and I ain't sending it back......no-way, no how........lmao
