we had a couple of ties, so to be fair, there will be a couple of 3 character matchups. Here are the matchups...

Darth Vader vs Chewbacca
Yoda vs C3PO vs The Emperor/Sidious/Palpatine

I am treating this as if it were an actual fight, rather than a popularity or coolness contest, in which case, were they to do battle....

Darth Vader would make dog meat out of Chewie

Yoda and The Emperor would be a tough fight, but I believe Yoda would eventually emerge triumphant. C3PO wouldn't have a look in, although he could theoretically be rebuilt ad infinitum and therefore outlive everybody, but, in a fight, I would say the winner would be....Yoda

Unless we are talking about a pre-cocaine A New Hope Leia dressed in a ROTJ bikini (in which case she would distract obi-wan and then blast him) , it is obvious to me that Obi-Wan would win this 'battle' hands down.

I love Han, but Luke has the force. Luke would win.

So, my choices are as follows:

Luke

*edit* Doh, YIYF's post made me realize i put Han instead of Luke (copy paste the matchups and removed the one i didnt want, except i removed the one i did want on the last matchup), hope it doesnt mess up the results, but since they probably havent been tallied i think its ok. though it does put it at a tie... hope i didnt mess anything up (too much)

I see Han Solo is betaing Luke Skywalker 5 to 3.

You people are nuts. At the end of the day Han is just a smuggler with a blaster and a lot of luck, and some simple tricks and nonsense up his sleeve. No match for Luke, last of the jedi, personally trained by Obi Wan and Yoda, and the son of Anakin Skywalker.

I've been voting on the basis of my favourite characters - not 'who would win in a fight'. Otherwise half of these characters shouldn't even be eligible.
