Hey, it's just great that you're doing this for us! I'm just wondering though, I lost my connection and then had to restart my system. Now I can't download the TR47 New Hope. Did something happen? Can you tell I'm a total newbie? Should I ask more questions? Wait, I just did. Damn...

You should be able to double-click the .torrent file that you down loaded - reaim it back to the folder you first downloaded it to - then the torrent will scan the exisiting files then restart afterword (this can take about 10-20 minutes)

I have plenty of kind words, like fantastic, wonderful, and amazing. However, I tried reloading and it scans the files and then just sits there and stares at me, mocks me, and every few seconds laughs at me. Any idea what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks again.

Hmm.... What client are you using to download them? (program)

And thanks, Rikter. For the TR47 torrents *and* my DVDs.

Maybe it's boredom, or passion I don't know. But I keep messing around with the boxes/packaging/etc with the DVDs.

My stance on revising fan edits.

I'm running BitTorrent 3.4.2 for OS X. I've tried restarting my system again as well as trying to start the download all over again. I have 1.64 GB of the file and really would rather not start all over again. Thanks for any help.

I have no idea what's gone wrong with this. I've used BitTorrent before and never encountered this problem so it's new to me as well. I haven't changed my settings either. I'm baffled, just baffled...

I think you are falling under the current NAT ban at myspleen. Check out the main page for details. I'm in the same situation myself after just installing a wireless router. And my share ratio is well over 4!

I think you are correct. I'm on a wireless network so I'm going to see if my roommate, the one who owns the equipment, can set me up with port forwarding. Will that solve the problem then?

Yes, that should solve the problem. I haven't been able to figure out how to do it myself. I've got a cable modem/wireless access point/wireless router from the cable company and I'm not sure that I can forward my ports on it.

Fixed the problem. It was the NAT ban.

Star Wars Edit of the Clones V 1.2 is over at Suprnova.org. Any idea what this is RiK?

Obviously my guess is Attack of the Clones re-edit or maybe the cartoon series.

DUDE! - MagnoliaFan found out that someone ripped off his Edits and changed a few minor things then claimed it as ther own!!!

I'm SURE this is it.

Weak - but cool but WEAK - MAN me confuse it now........

I mean it's cool that people 'edit' but I think - READ I THINK they ripped of MagnoliaFan for this one.............

I hope MagFan chimes in on this one - EITHER way I'm downloading it

Hey Rik,

Been trying to get the ESB torrent for awhile now. It keeps kicking me off saying I should read the FAQ. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks a million for any help

How about an "Unrecognized Host" error? Anyone know what that is or why I'm getting one. It's for the Empire torrent, of which I got about 2.5% before I was getting this error.

It means you simply need to go to myspleen.com and login to the forum, so the tracker recognises you are a member and logged in etc.

Once done open up/resume the torrent.
