Lea Thompson in her prime...Mmmmmmmmmmmm, lovely and delicious. There's just something about her. She is quite the hottie, to this day. She has 'all the right moves'.

Damn, I'm having to be REAL heavy on the torrents this week, just leeched the ADM ROTJ, and seeded a Sailor Moon musical (got off that a few hours ago), and now here's the Pre-ANH ANH... My bandwidth is going to be BUSY!

For this reason, I am going to really take a major hit in my ratio... I am uploading at only 50% of my power (as opposed to my usual 75-80%) so I can still run my servers, which were off while I was on the last two torrents.

Enjoy it while it lasts kids, I couldnt wait to start this torrent so am currently downloading/uploading on my works T1 line...only getting 31k down at the moment (was like 120 when i first started, dont think there is enough available to get super speeds yet) but im currently uploading at almost 70k (though its fluctuating somewhat)

AGAIN - Just so you all know I use Vonage Phone Service which uses my Broadband Connection SO when I get a phone call I need to either throttle back the torrents or PAUSE them while I use the phone, I do this as the torrents use up all my BANDWIDTH and it makes simly talking on the phone or EVEN reading emails a serious chore. AGAIN I'm sorry about this but it must be done from time to time.

BTW - I just paid my cable bill (2 weeks late but in full!) and I would also like to thank the "mysterious" person from myspleen.net who made the donation that made this possible! - THANKS again bud

PLEASE READ....

When I ripped the original DVD I only copied the VIDEO_TS and the CONTENT folders - I was not aware of the JACKET_P folder and I wanted to be sure it was included. The AUDIO_TS folder was not included as it is not needed to burn the DVD...

I'm sorry this happened the JACKET_P folder took me by surprise - SO i've posted it on my site....

This DVD seems to be an attempt to re-create the "Original Theatrical" Version of Star Wars before the 1981 addition of "The New Hope" in the titles done to match the title from The Empire Strikes Back to achieve this the creator[s] have recreated the title.

The video transfer in this collection is from the 1995 "Faces" THX Laserdiscs and features a fan-created rendition of the "original title crawl", but it's very well done. And it even has retained the lower case "r" in the word "rebel". The sound mix used on this DVD is the mix from the 1989 "Widescreen" laserdiscs; this was a remix done by Ben Burtt in 1985. It's closer to the original 1977 Dolby Stereo mix than any other set at this time. The creator[s] of this set seem to be VERY skilled at audio editing, as they included the deleted Williams
cues BACK into the isolated score mix where they were originally supposed to go, and they're re-edited in seamlessly. The same goes for both the Empire and Jedi DVD's in this set. The work on Empire itself is very good, as there were quite a few cues on Hoth that were cut out, but they're integrated back nicely in this collection.

This is a yet ANOTHER very interesting DVD that was created by true fan[s] for other true fans.

what gets done with said JACKET_P folder...does this just get burnt onto the root of the dvd?

also, Rikter, im not blaming you or anything like that...i realize as a seeder that your upload gets split amongst the leachers...i just find it amazing that the 13.3% i have is exactly the same as the the data the other 18 leechers have currently downloaded...my client is actually not even connected to yours so im at the mercy of what the people that are connected to you get. I just figure there has to be more than one that is and i doubt they are all downloading the same files.

kinda just frustrating that im not getting any download yet uploading at 100k. Hey, at least it will help my ratio

I think whats happened is that all the leechers have been brought up to have the same files, so we can now only get something new from Rikter.

now, not everyone is connected to him, so our download speeds are fast enough that once anyone gets something new we all get it...so i think we are still downloading...just at a very reduced rate, less than 1kb

does this make sense?

I finished up the Battlestar episode so the bandwidth is now all for the Mysterious Mysteries
