Info Wanted: 20th Century Fox Promotional Video (1980s)

I have just received a VHS shown to press for the release of the Star Wars Home Video in the 1980s.

It comes in a plain black VHS case with the a black and white “20th Century Fox” sticker on the outside.

The VHS itself is 10 mins long and shows a condensed version of ‘The Making of Star Wars’. The label reads “Demonstration Only”

The video ends with “May the Video be with You”

Does anyone know anymore about this item?

Apparently there was one on ebay.

From what I hear it might make a re-appearance soon.

Toys R Gus's Video Page doesn't directly mention it. Might want to double check through to see if something links up with what you've got, since i'm checking just from your blurb. E-mail Gus and maybe post to Rebelscum for some more insight.

Yeah I had already checked toysrgus a while back - when it was on ebay.

Actually just before I read your post I emailed Gus with the details and pics. Let hope it gets on the site.
