Earlier I mentioned that Obi-Wan's spirit can shrink and grow at will, for example, when he's next to Yoda as Luke is leaving Dagobah.  Someone said it was a matter of perspective.  I took a screenshot to show my point:

I'm not saying it should be "fixed", I'm just saying its funny.

No, it is a matter of perspective...literally.  Turn the brightness up and look at the shot again.  Yoda is further forward than Obi-Wan, so naturally their relative sizes would look off.

I've always thought Yoda was sitting on that clump of dirt and Obi-Wan was in front of it.  If it is perspective, why is Obi-Wan standing so far away from Luke the whole time?

I don't know.  If you look at the trunk Yoda is sitting on, Obi-Wan is standing in front of it.

so if you simply take the trunk and the rest of the tree below obi-wan. and put it infont instead of behind him, it would fix itr.

Right.  But Yoda looks right at Obi-Wan when he first appears next to him.  And why would Obi-Wan stand so far away from Luke and Yoda.  Of course, the other question is why did he shrink himself if he wanted to be intimidating to Luke?

Here's the shot.  I guess Yoda could be looking way behind him if we wanted him to.  Also, Obi-Wan is floating.  Very weird.

Doubleofive, thats something thats always bugged me. Obi-Wan looks so tiny. I'm hoping to make him larger in those shots because,as you can see, Yoda is looking to the side and not behind him, which gives the impression that Obi-Wan is tiny

That's what I'm saying!  Obi-Wan is tiny!  I've always found his close-ups funny in this scene because I'm imagining them zooming in on a tiny Alec Guiness!

After thinking about it, I'm guessing they had him tiny so that they could have this shot:

which is cool, but weird if Obi-Wan is standing 15 feet behind Yoda and impossible if Obi-Wan is just made larger.

R2 is a DROID. LOL So you're saying that all beeps and whistles that R2 utters have to be unique? Poor R2 that's a lot of pressure....

 I cant help it, because my trash cans are painted like R2 and R4 and I have R2's name tattooed on the bach of my neck.

I am no particular fan of R2, but it seems like when they reused R2's sounds in the saga, they tended to use ones that 3PO gives a very clear translation of.  I'm not saying it should be fixed, but it bugs me too.  Like when R2 is "yelling" when Yoda is lifting the X-Wing.  It sounds like he's getting shot by Jawas and is about to pass out!

You can paint the rock so it will overlap Ben's ghost. At closer shots it needs some foreground elements for overlapping again.

LOL I just think its a funny thing to bug you , that's all....everytime you turn on your computer it makes the same sounds, or your email alert, same sound....LOL....

I don't know I just always understood that R2 is a maintenance droid with limited beeps and whistles....C3PO on the other hand is a human/ cyborg relations droid and as a consequence, has a much more sophisticated vocab....

Yeah, besides, R2 probably communicates to 3P0 and other droids via bluetooth, so the beeps and stuff are just for the benefits of the humans, so it seems like he's "talking" to them. Haha.

Oh, and GhostAlpha, instead of just saying "I didn't think it was that good," WHY didn't you think it was that good? Criticism is always better when it's constructive. ;)
