That's the thing, reading these threads brings me a lot of joy but I hate it at the same time, because they kind of ruin the films for me as I never noticed any of these mistakes and continuity errors when watching the films, but now that they were pointed out to me, I can never ever unnotice them :-D

So very true. But that's what I like about it. You just have to be able to turn that sixth sense off. Either enjoy the film, or strip down to its very core. :)
Personally, I am somewhat making it my mission to see about every single official and (interesting) fanedit version I can get my hands on.
So far I'm well on track thanks to all the lovely people making GOUT edits and Revisited edits, but I'm still looking for someone that has put the 1994 VHS editions on DVD, so I can add those to my collection as well.
(Sadly, during my move, our VHS recorder had to bite the dust in favour of... euhm... free space) ;)

I've never noticed the shirt problem before, so now when ever I watch the films I'll notice it and be annoyed by it :P
One thing that I always notice is that before Han gets frozen, his hands are hand-cuffed, but when we see him in the Caronite, his hands are up. Is he Houdini breaking out of hand-cuffs? Or did the Carbon thing melt the hand-cuffs, if it did that, wouldn't Han die from the heat? Or how about I just shut-up because it's a film :P
His cuffs are taken off just before he is lowered into the pit. Its the arm straps that aren't there in RotJ that Ady has to add to RotJR.TML said:

Secondly im coming from an other "school" or whatever you can call it. I like changing things for the sake of it. Thats why i like to OTize the PT or the opposite around or just messing with changes. To me they are just movies and an interesting playground to play with.

No, I don't think this information needs to be relayed IN the movies to the audience as GL now feels this needs to explain everything he's done more recently which is retarded. I was only offering the explanation to someone else that the movie does not, not fully anyway, and it's sole purpose was to counter a rather wrong idea (also IMO) to cut Leia's briefing the troops on Hoth, not debate the merit of EU in Revisited. No, I don't think the EU should be in Revisited, NOT AT ALL. However, it IS an arena in which I know incredibly well and can directly relate into the movies because it does have it's good points. There are a lot of points I don't like in EU either but I'm not gonna bash anyone that do.
I do agree that this does not help Ady what so ever so let's take this to PMs Angel... As I said, I'm more than game.

Well things are almost back to normal. I'm still on the tablets but the headaches have gone.
I've started back to work on ESB:R full time now. The workstation just needs the lights installing but i've got everything set back up so it's full steam ahead ( pictures/ video of the workstation coming next week). The model/ set building resumes at the weekend.

Having just watched Empire the other day, I can see an improvement in the scene already. Great work.
Also a little off topic, I rewatched ANH Revisited today and I was still blown away!!!
