only just a section. Having the face would make the task a lot easier when replacing. I don't know how much he would charge me yet though for a cast of it so it may still be an impossibility.

Referencing many different sources can cause a mess but im sure ady knows better or just he can use artistic licence and push the colors how he wants of course.

Unless Ady wants to paint out the burn mark prior to the laser hit (not impossible, considering everything else he's fixing) the easier solution would be to have another blaster shot already hitting the turret on the first frame, then the shot that comes in causes the final damage.

First of all... if the EU or SW.com doesn't count as "answers" then what does? To fill in the blanks that the movies don't cover is what the EU is out there for and it is an area of battle in which I know extensively...

Secondly... from your wording, I get a sense of the movies being the end all and be all concerning the saga in terms of canon information... If that is the case then why are we in a forum concerning CHANGING things in the movie and making things as continuitous as possible?

Mark Hamill may have been 25 and Carrie 21 (points in which I can honestly say I don't care about and therefore don't actually know) but the characters they portray are the same age and younger than the real actors age. That is an established fact concerning the movies we do get from the movies...

Lastly... I was bring up informational points to end a ridiculous debate on weather or not Leia's character/Carrie's role should be cut as a military leader and if she's experienced enough to be such a leader. That is directly related to a person's age along with the age of Luke as they are twins. The Star Wars universe is obviously more advance that our lil planet so experience in terms of age is younger in their galaxy (albeit NOT REAL GALAXY). Look at the dynamics of our own planet. Kids now a days know way more than their predecessors from what they were taught in school... Accessing information is easier than ever and kids are literally forced to grow up a lil faster and therefore mature faster to be competitive in todays world. Star Wars experience is like that but several times more intense as tech and knowledge there is far better to the point were a young person has the educational background in a variety of fields to be leaders.

I could care less if you don't consider the EU/SW.com as informational sources. None of this is "real" anyway... However many people DO keep track and want to have things make sense. Otherwise, once again... why are we in this forum...

Answers that comes only from the movie. Things you got it only from it. Ady himself said that OT was superior from PT because you got whats going on on screen and never run to any sw.com and search there what is supposed to going on, onscreen. EU is so unstarwars-y because it explains everything like star trek or any other sci fi movie. Star wars movies dont do that.! We dont know what fuel the ships are burning we dont know where they sleep or eat or or or...All these are useless explanations.If beru throws a vegetable in what she was cooking then thats it. No need to listen "go and gather spacecarrots that have spacevitamins from the vaporators." Or when a random dude fills the an xwing in ANH, im sure they will finaly say"(place name here, and lets have his backstory) filled the t-65 x-wing with 10 gallons or spacefuel that was rare on yavin and contains spaceoctane. Thats why if you remember i tried to make a list of what we know only from the movies and not from any other source.. EU is Rick Olie of the star wars saga...

Secondly im coming from an other "school" or whatever you can call it. I like changing things for the sake of it. Thats why i like to OTize the PT or the opposite around or just messing with changes. To me they are just movies and an interesting playground to play with.

Thats why i said that Leia IMO looks like 25 and and not 21 or 18 in the movies. IMO always

I prefer this version of the "overall death star gray" than the slightly blueish hue... It feels more natural, doesn't it?

PS: the more I look to the blueish one, the more I see the colors had been altered to make it that unnatural hue...

Auto levels/contrast/color is good to be avoided. I use PS so i know ;)

I prefer the blueish one (what did you expect :P) Is more stylised and adds variation. Especialy if this will be aplied to the later dull shots.

The problem is that Han goes into and out of carbonite wearing the same shirt with the flap, but while he is in carbonite, he is wearing his shirt from ANH (as they probably sculpted it before designing the costumes for ESB).

Back on topic:
I honestly never noticed the change in Han's shirt before, although at a younger age, when first viewing Star Wars, I wasn't such a sucker for details. Now that I am up-to-date on this fact, I too would like to see Ady change this.
