Haven't lost everything yet. I've got at least 1 drive surviving so far which has all the after effects project files on. The back-up & main drives are definitely dead but all isn't lost yet. Just in the process of ripping out all the drives and testing them in my external bay on the wifes laptop.

That is probably the worst thing that could happen! I was afraid of this when you were talking about rewiring your flat. Dumb workers. You should sue them!

Hope this is a April fools joke... This is from Ady's facebook:
Ady Adywan Just had a massive electrical surge and its fried my PC, TV & PS3. The electricians screwed up with the rewiring of my flat I've lost everything. My hard drives are fried. Had to happen just as i was backing up the one drive & it's fried my backup drive too. So much for surge protection sockets. ESB:R is no more .... 2 1/2 years of work gone. I'm gonna be suing the council for every penny they've got.- Time

Trying to keep last years going was a heck of a task (sending Round Robins to get people to not let the Wampa out of the bag probably made me a few enemies...but it was worth it).

It occurred to me that some of you in this thread might not know who I am, seeing as how I was not a part of The Empire Strikes Back. So I thought I would introduce myself before bringing you some exciting news regarding ESB:R...

At any rate, I'm very pleased to announce that I have been discussing ESB:R with adywan through PM, and he's given me permission to let you know that he actually is considering including my work in ESB:R (in a limited fashion, of course). I will be posting some samples when I have the chance.
Now, keep in mind that my involvement is only a possibility at this point. There is still a very good chance that adywan will drop this idea, because it will be...well...controversial. It seems some people don't like me, which should be obvious I guess, but I find it kind of hard to believe. At any rate, I beg all of you NOT to pester adywan about this. He's got plenty of things going on (as we all know) and I know if we bother him too much about it, he'll just drop it completely.
