The Cloud City with the clouds in motion looks amazing in addition to the rest of the trailer looking like a loss for words...

Awesome trailer ady... I've watched it 3 times and I'm sure I still haven't caught everything that there is to see. That shot of Cloud City is GORGEOUS. Also, in an attempt to keep this post spoiler free, let me just compliment you on the ever-so-subtle "lighting effects" in the carbon freeze chamber.

I don't want a spoiler. On one hand I wanna see the trailer so badly. On the other hand I want to wait. But one of my hands is bigger.

Got the trailer. It looks pretty good. :) What struck me first was how virbrant the colours are. Brilliant. And yes, the shot of Cloud City was nice indeed. The lense flair was a nice touch, but don't get cocky kid. ;)
I will say this, but don't take this the wrong way. I think adding "Adywan Productions" in the trailer is a bit much and slightly in bad taste. I think it's a touch of ego that should be kept in check, hopefully you won't add that to the film itself. I understand your excitment and need to shout about your work from the rooftop (and you should), but I don't think this is that. In the end it's not "Adywan's Star Wars" It's "Lucas Films' Star Wars", Revisited or otherwise.
Other then that, it looks great and exciting! Can't wait.

focuspuller, the "An Adywan Production" screen was in ANH:R too... why wouldn't ady use it here as well?
And in bad taste? I disagree. Based on your previous posts, I must say that you seem very concerned with "stepping on the toes" of others, especially when those toes belong to big corporations.
Relax... this operation is small enough to go unoticed by the empire... which is advantageous considering our clients don't want to draw attention to themselves ;)

^The Adywan logo is on ANH:R as well, in case you didn't know, focuspuller...as has just been stated cuz he posted first. ;) I see it more as a bit of fun than a bit of ego. I don't see him as that kind of guy.

In all fairness, it's placed before the DVD menu, not before the movie. The DVD is "An Adywan Production," the movie itself is 20th Century Fox and Lucasfilm Ltd. still - I'd assume that's what he's going to do for ESB:R as well.

I know that my posts of late have had the theme of "I have a bad feeling about this." And believe me I suprise myself for pushing that point, but it's a valid point, and one that I think should be pushed more.
Now I will compliment Ady on his work til the cows come home, as much as the next man. But I will not blow smoke up his ass for the sake of it.

Yeah I did notice, but the Adywan logo starts the dvd along with a piracy disclaimer before the film. Not as an actual part of the film, which is not the same thing. Anyway, my statement stands.
And getting back on topic, it was a very good trailer.

Just thought I'd chirp in and say amazing trailer, I wish these versions would get a cinema release.
I'm much more hyped by those few minutes than any of the blockbusters offered this summer (even if we do have to wait until next year).

Concerning suggestions yet to be covered, I know someone mentioned that the snakes and lizards in the dark cave on Dagobah look a little too terrestrial and ordinary. But I don't know if Ady commented on it. Is there any intention of removing them or doing something to them that gives them a more alien look? I'm sorry if ady's already covered this.
Btw, all these comments are getting me very excited for the offical trailer release. Was it may 21th?
