Very nice...but no more AT-ATs? :( I really loved the shot in your trailer with all the extra AT-ATs
Adywan, you've out done yourself again....thank you for loving these movies like we all do.
I love everybody. Lets all smoke some reefer and chill. Hug and kisses for everybody.
Very nice...but no more AT-ATs? :( I really loved the shot in your trailer with all the extra AT-ATs
My shot-by-shot impressions:
1) The closer proximety of the SD makes sense, along with the "blockade" and the blue hue to the engines.
2) This is my most anticipated scene from ESB:R! New asteroid elements, along with firing TIEs = tasty!
3) Color correction not withstanding, the recomposited AT-ATs in the rear look great. And I certainly don't mind the red windshield removal.
4) A good update to one of the SE's biggest FX blunders.
5) Bespin not in a gloomy haze? New background elements and sunlight! Awesomeness indeed.
6) ditto.
7) New macros give a more modern look. Not nesessary, but a nice touch.
8) Aside from the officers being further apart, I love this shot! Pretty much new elements all around and it works! And Hoth's perspective in the first window has been fixed.
9) Nice grey bridge with visible stars
10) good matte enhancement and the sabers aren't blooming!
11) nuff said about his one. it's perfect!
12) more lightsaber tweaking goodness
13) window restoration! Now consistency's afoot!
14) again grey interiors, with more continuity changes. Excellent!
15) good clean trench background. nice and bright!
16) I can't wait to see this one in motion!
Bring on the trailer!
O.T. or No T., baby!™
This is a lovely motorised model, it might have saved so much time doing certain shots.
Vaders saber is "red" once again...Im throughly happy.
"The Empire can't stop us now..now its our turn" -Luke-
this looks a bit more affordable
it looks believable minus the people.
I have faith that Ady would be able to take the cardboard AT-AT and make it look amazing...

If i could get hold of that there is so much i could do with it for this edit.
That is amazing! Hey, maybe you should write to the guy and tell him just who you are. Maybe he'll let you borrow it. ;)

lets see of we can't find out where this AT-AT comes from shall we? and if it can be made again, sold or borrowed.
Star wars: Revisited. is now on facebook :)

It's a one off scratchbuild from a guy in Spain. People have emailed him about it and he won't give out the secret.
My outlook on life - we’re all on the Hindenburg anyway…no point fighting over the window seat.
Too bad someone in the UK doesn't have one (AT-AT) similar, you could film it with the new hi-def cam.
I'd like to ask... are you going to be doing anything with the cloud city landing sequence? To be honest, the Falcon looks really flat there.
Also... something of an idea... cloud city is in fact, a mining city. Why not have a bit of smoke rising from the buildings (this may be a different... futuristic world, but adding a bit of smoke and maybe even some smoketacks would really emphasize the Star Wars idea of a 'used galaxy')
The falcon looks "flat" because of the angle.
And back to ESB REVISITED here are a few more suggestions in image form

And that darn visible squib on the troopers chest before Leia shoots it.

OK whats the diff between the Luke vader fight? they look exactly the same to me.

the sabers look much better. at least on my monitor.

We need this guy to lend this wonderful item to Adywan....NOW! Nice link Bingowings. :)
Looking through just some of the comments under the clip, someone said this AdrianoAT-AT guy is from Brazil. We could do with a translator to some of these comments, pronto, lol. Having said that, Adriano makes a comment in English a few pages in....
Adywan, the latest screenshots are a great addition to your first page. The 'Rebel Trench' shot has turned out wonderful! It now gives an extra sense of additional scale, with the additional Rebels in the distance. Well worth the effort you put into this recently.
All the other shots are looking magnificent too, and I am SO glad you decided to add my hint of Hoth's 'circumference' atmosphere into the LEFT window, AND that subtle bit of RED lighting to the panel too! It makes all the difference, and the shot is looking terrific.
Will you also consider making the 'edging' of the LEFT and MIDDLE windows the same thinkness all the way up, where we see it in front of the officer on the left, and behind Captain Lennox's back though?
Thanks for these latest previews.

Anything that can be made once can be made twice (though it may be too late for this project).
Maybe if you did e-mail him and took a nice little Spanish (or Brazilian) holiday you could end up with some footage that might be useful for ESB:R and ROTJ:R.
Do we have any originaltrilogy.com agents in the field who could shoot the material for you?
I'm surprised (what with the success of similar robotic toys on the market) that Lucas hasn't got a company like Wowwee to make a model like this one already.

It must be your monitor or it's settings. On both shots of the 'duel', Vader's sabre is noticeably more RED, and the background colours of the 'gantry' shot now 'pop out' vibrantly on mine.
sgdelta1771, you'll be glad to know that Adywan has indeed mentioned in the past, that he is going to improve on the Millennium Falcon's Bespin landing in those 'flattened' shots of it.
Sevb32, the squid on the Stormtrooper is going to be sorted also.
By the way, as well as the list of amendments on page one of this thread, Monroville has quite a comprehensive list on the thread that is linked in his signature (which GoodMusician started), and is being updated by him.

There's just no pleasing you is there? :P
More power to him I'd say
he has spotted things in these movies that I still cant see no matter how hard I look LOL!

Everybody on here wants to help make these films as good as they can be, if only the bods at Lucasfilm felt the same.
Really am liking the new shots Adywan, Bespin looks great! Looks alot more like sunset now, the flipped images of the SD make more sense. Love the new shot of Hoth from SD, gives it more sense of scale and now we have the SD pointing towards Hoth rather than someone lookin at it side on. Just a quick thing, maybe we could have maybe another officer next to him? Might start doing some pics of what i wud like to see. Ion cannon looks great. Just happy bout everything atm, cant wait till its out!!!!
Many Thanx

It might be possible to make something like this and digitally remove the puppeteers, it would add a sense of weight to an AT-AT close up, especially if the camera was undercranked and the footage manipulated.
