Another vote here for the Spleen. I’m hoping someone will have it up there pretty soon.

Done.

How do I get it? I’ve never used myspleen before.

You dont need myspleen, Just go to https://swrevisited.wordpress.com Then press “about revisited” and then “how to get” it should give you the links to download.

I’m aware. There was context that you missed. They were talking about putting it on ‘spleen and so I asked. But I downloaded it from Ady’s site anyway since nobody responded.

Oh sorry I misread.

It sure will.

For seventeen years the renegade Pfhor scoutship jumped between the closely packed stars of the galactic core. And all over the ship, dancing through the wreckage of the Pfhor computer core, Durandal was laughing…

Good morning, folks.

I have been trying to snag the 1080 copy of this for several days now. I’m using Jdownloader and it’s telling me it will complete in 12 days.

Does anyone have a .MOV of this somewhere on a google drive that I can download from seeing as it’s been out for a bit now?

Thanks regardless!

Is there still going to be an update that adds the Temuera Morrison second audio track for Boba Fett? There are some great dialogue “updates” that could be used from some of the games where he voiced Jango/Boba.

The Skywalker Saga:
I / II / III / IV / V / VI / VII / VIII / IX
This is the way.

That update already happened, in the recently released 1080p version. However, as far as I’m aware, it’s just the unmodified SE audio.

EDIT: Never mind, apparently that’s only coming with the Blu-ray files, which will be released after the full trilogy is done. So no, it hasn’t been released yet.

My preferred Skywalker Saga experience:
I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX

Okay that makes sense. I have the most recent version and did not see the talked about second audio track.

This is just a thought but, I was thinking about something.

ANH:R -> Native 1080p

ESB:R -> Upscaled 1080p

ROTJ:R -> Native 1080p

Well, ESB:R is a mix of upscaled and native 1080p shots now. Some shots (like the resized Kenobi ghost) had to be entirely redone for the 1080p.

If memory serves right… I believe there was a comparison posted and the difference between native and upscaled was almost impossible to tell.

It looks better in many places because the upscale smoothed some of the hard edges in the Blu-ray, a result of crazy edge enhancement and artificial sharpening applied back in the early 2000s, very common stuff in the DVD era.

Well the reason I posted that was because, since the 4K Blu-Ray sources of ANH and ROTJ will be used for ANH:R and ROTJ:R respectively. And for a moment I thought, why shouldn’t ESB:R somehow get this treatment. I understand already that Topaz and re-rendering of shots was done but, the ESB 4K Blu-Ray exists.

And besides, after two years home-studying about video and audio for films (for my own pleasure), I’ve found that some cases, DNR doesn’t always work, as they sometimes leave an artificial look.

Then why should it matter? Revisited literally looks better then the 4K release of ESB (which looks so desaturated it looks like it was graded by Zack Snyder). The upscale also looks perfect at 1080p. So there’s no issue.

Well, check 34:28. If you look closely at one of the struts that supports the windows of the Falcon’s cockpit, there is an issue there but, I don’t remember what it was, either too smooth, or too bent. (It’s been a while since I saw the 1080p ESB:R…)

But, if there isn’t a issue there, would you mind letting me know?
