The deal has never changed. You seem to be mistaking the number of "Likes" on the Revisited page with the number of likes that we were trying to get for Stephen Stanton's page. I think that was made pretty clear:

While things are a little quiet on the Revisited front at the moment due to the break while i move house, i'd like everyone to throw some support behind some of those that have really helped in promoting Revisited and have been very supportive. So first off......

Stephen Stanton (captain Tarkin himself). Let's get his page to at least 3000 likes before the end of next week. Yoda blinks naturally, with a slight face scrunch, etc... Ewoks just do the creepy eye thing.

Though, if you pay attention to the article, it does say that many people would be pissed off if Lucas made the same changes as Ady, which would include those things.

No doubt some would be, but I reckon the majority would be in favour had Lucas used some brains/restraint and stuck to changes like Adywan's (ones needed for corrections/continuity and adding realism) rather than adding unnecessary childish sequences, changes that undermine characters and poo jokes :-)

Of course, this hypothetical sane Lucas would also release the Unaltered Trilogy too, so those who didn't like the changes would have nothing to complain about.

I'll gladly wait another 20 years as long as I don't have to keep reading the ewok blink discussion in TWO threads.

I think Darth Vader should blink.
