I’d like to see someone make a Dogma: Extended Edition, with all the deleted/extended scenes put back in.

I love Dogma, and like the deleted/extended stuff on the SE DVD, and would like to see the big 3HR 17 Minute cut, tho it may be longer, I’m going by what the Cast Commentary says.

So anyone wanna make Dogma: Extended?

I did this, but it was for my own personal use and it looks like garbage. I just did it to watch it and see what it was like. I stretched all of the already terrible-looking deleted scenes to be anamorphic, making them look worse, and then compressed the 2hr 53min cut to a single-layer DVD. If you bear all that in mind and still want a copy, I can make you one.

According to Smith, there is one due out. Apparantly, whoever it is that owns the rights wanted to do a new 'extended edition' and told Smith they would do it with or without his help. They also said they would put up the money to finish any effect shots that need doing. So Smith has decided to go along with it.

Kevin has said that the extended Jersey Girl is probably still a few years off from release. But it will be at the Vulgarthon. And so will I

Sweet! I have thought about going as well. I went to the very first Stash Bash and Vuglarthon 2000, but haven't been to an event since. Maybe I'll check it out...
