ACTUALLY IT'S THE SAME SET, BUT THEY'RE TELLING EVERYBODY TO BUY NOW BEFORE IT'S GONE. IT WILL ACTUALLY BE DISCONTINUED IN FEBRUARY MEANING THAT THEY WILL NOT PRESS ANY MORE COPIES OF IT. IF YOU'RE LUCKY YOU MAY STILL FIND THE SET IN JUNE SOMEWHERE, BUT MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT AFTER A CERTAIN DATE ALL REMAING COPIES WILL BE PULLED FROM SHELFS MUCH LIKE THE DISNEY DVDs. ONE MORE THING TO NOTE IS THAT THE RE-RELEASE OF THE BTTF SET WILL BE THE VERSION 2 COPY THAT HAS THE WIDESCREEN ASPECT RATIO FIXES.

Not on DVD yet, that I know of. But I own three SW VHS boxsets. So I doubt it's an impossibility.

I'd like to say "yes I'll buy this set whe it gets released", but I don't know if I want spend that much money on it... If it was theatrical re-relased, I would consider watching it on the theaters...

Ricarleite = ricar + leite = ricardo leite, which is my first and last names. It comes from my hotmail acount, since a ricardoleite already existed.

I have no idea why people would think I'm a woman, perhaps because I never made it specifically clear, my login name is not a regular name, and you can't define someone's gender in english as you can in portuguese.

So, again, to clear this off: I'm a man.

As I said in that post, I always thought you were a guy until someone posted that note about you as "she". That was the first time it ever came in question. I don't remember offhand who it was that said you were female via PM. I cleared out my PM history long ago and don't regularly use it. The thing is, even after it was "confirmed" I still acted as though you were a guy just because I had no reason from you to not do so. I think most other people acted the same way for the most part... just kept working under their original assumptions.

Language doesn't mean crap when it comes to trying to figure out a person's gender via username. Could you figure out Bossk or my outside username, kapgar, and determine my gender with either of those? No. I just remembered that you said in the thread "where we got our usernames" (or whatever it was called) that your name came from your real name. I used that to determine that your first name was likely "Ricardo". I speak Spanish and I know that once you know one romance language, it's not that difficult to figure out what is being said in similar romance languages like Italian, Portuguese, and French. The method is not 100% by any means, but it still works enough to get by. So I operated under the assumption that you were a guy named Ricardo. Seemed to work for me... and, apparently, for you too.

It's not like I'm overeacting or doing a big deal out of this, I really don't care, I just thought it was funny that you didn't know what I was...

Bossk, no, I meant that if you are speaking in a roman language, you can define what gender someone is when they use some adjectives. Like "I'm fast" is either "Sou rápido" if you're a guy or " Sou rápida" if you're a girl. In english it's impossible to determin gender, and there are only a few gender-specific words (like "son" and "daughter").

I know the whole "o" and "a" thing. The thing I was suddenly unsure of, when the question of your gender came up, was whether Ricarda was a name in Portuguese. I didn't think so, but I didn't know for sure. So I kept up thinking Ricardo due to lack of countering evidence.

Okay, 'nuff said on the topic.
