Naturally, the map, labeled “America’s Most Misspelled Words,” included a misspelling.
The original map listed the most-searched word in Washington, D.C., as “nintey.” That was corrected in a revised map a few hours later.

How does one misspell “gray”? As someone from Georgia, is it implying the distinction between “gray” and “grey” cause I totally use either spelling.
Yeah it’s not based on how often it’s misspelled, just how often the spelling is looked up. So if one is wondering which it is, that’ll make them look it up (I believe the proper American one is “gray”).
