I think he means in Off-Topic in general, since Anchorhead does not acknowledge their existence as films.
I meant the entire forum in general.
I was thinking just last night how great the diversity is around here. We are all ages, sexs, sexual orientations, religious viewpoints, everything, all united by our love for what a movie franchise used to be.
Then I remembered Anchorhead, who doesn't like over 80% of the Star Wars movies. I had to amend my thoughts. But now I read he kind of wants to watch Empire again! We might have him down to less than 70%!

Anchorhead, if you don't add this to your sig, I will.

Pretty darn excited to see The Rocketeer getting a shiny new BD release in time for Christmas!
IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!

Well... I'm finally on a Secret of NIMH Forum! Just for you guys, I'll keep my NIMH stuff on there. However, in my signature there, I put a link to the petition here. I will, at first, at least, appear to be a Star Wars Nerd like I appear to be a NIMH Nerd here. I'm really a nerd of both, the nerdiness of the opposite side just gets filtered out through the fact that you guys know what I'm talking about in the context of Star Wars, but not NIMH. The opposite will be true on the NIMH forum.
Star Wars/Other

The franchises I get nerdy about are so obscure that not even most nerds know about them.
I bet that place doesn't have many members....

214, but it doesn't matter. It's a NIMH Forum where I can post my NIMH stuff. Unless you'd rather me keep posting about NIMH here. ;) If you can find 213 other obsessed NIMH fans on this forum, I'll stop posting my NIMH stuff to the Thorn Valley Forum.

The SNL sketch was funny, but this is just dumb.
A friend of mind was just arraigned in court and charged with murder, voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault. I can't believe it...

That's horrible RedFive. You have my condolences.

sorry to hear that Redfive. Don't answer the following if you don't want too, but I am just curious. What are the facts of the case? Do you think you're friend is guilty? What do you think his chances are? Again only answer what you feel appropriate.
*watches with interest*
Thanks guys.
Well this all has happened over the past 24 hours or so, so to be honest there aren't a lot of details just yet. I'm not really sure what to think - they say a fight broke out between the two men at a bar in Put-In-Bay over the long weekend (South Bass Island in Lake Erie, a well-known party resort), and sometime later the victim was found dead in the woods behind his cabin by his family.
Like I said, not a lot to go on, but the autopsy is today, and I'm hoping something comes to light that helps his situation.
We were fraternity brothers in college, and I would visit him once in a while since he graduated. He definitely has a history of brawling amongst his friends (and enemies), and is trained in some kind of martial arts. His apartment had wresting mats wall-to-wall in the living room, where I've wrestled some friends of mine before when he would have friendly competitions. And apparently the victim was an amateur MMA fighter.
All this aside, though, I couldn't imagine him doing what he's accused of. He's such a level-headed guy. Maybe, if they were drinking, accidents happen, but still - it blows my mind! Like I said, I really hope they have the wrong guy, but only time will tell..
*speechless*
Usually I type that in a snarky way, but this time I'm literally speechless.

I can't see any of the evidence given in the article enough for a conviction. I don't know if they have more evidence that they haven't released yet, but I think they'll need more than just what is in the article to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
