ROTJ 2011 Blu-Ray Color Correction (REALESED).

ROTJ has one of the worst grades on Blu-ray, It has this weird oversaturated blue tint, And has Destaturated reds, Which themselves look purple-like. and don’t get me started with the dreaded magenta overcast which is hard to get rid of. So I’ve gone ahead and color corrected the film Anyway-style I’ve used the available scenes/pictures as reference. After this is done (few days) I will have a complete set of Adywan-style color corrected Blu-rays. which I will use for my preservation and edits.

Things to note:
If colors look too blue or too grey that’s how they are SUPPOSED to look, I didn’t recolor or desaturate anything as that is destructive to the film.
Also, the crawl is in Spanish, because that’s the best master I could find.

Almost done? Wow, that was quick I didn’t now you could color grade that fast. Unless you’re talking about a specific shot to show us pictures and are know where near done.

No, I mean The whole movie. What I did is I added a correction to the whole film, and now I am going shot by shot, to fix any defects. when I get home I will post a video

Alright, sounds great. I have to admit I never saw the in-corrections in color till people compared it to other versions.

I like it, especially the picture of Luke in the throne room. I like how it gives off a sort of 70’s/80’s vibe.

Yea I noticed the Avatar/profile pic. But none of us own the rights to the pic. Lol. I’ve been on this site on and off for a long time now the pic is actually a still frame from a GIF. When the site got a major update.

I have a question. I am doing a Star Wars marathon in a few days and was looking at my files when I realized this one was missing. I went to your PM to try and download it again, but it says the file was removed. It said the same thing on the rough cut of the ANH Devastator Edition. What happened?
