Irishmile, those are great covers. If I could just make one suggestion. The Deleted Magic logo, I know you didn't create it, but what about adding the Star Wars logo into the border, like the Building Empire logo? Just to make everything match better. I thought about incorporating A New Hope somehow, but I don't know if that would work.

Howdy!

Sorry to only find this project so late in the game. I noticed that you're using the Star Wars Radio Dramas - something I personally thank you for, as they're seemingly completely overlooked by all but the most rampant fan. I happen to have the SWRD Collector's Set - which has some bonus material from the ROTJ Radio Drama.

Again, sorry for finding this so late; I tend to drop by only to see what ocp is up to.

I was just on the DVD portion of IGN.com and I realized they have been doing a multi-week feature "story" on a lot of the behind the scenes stuff from the OT films.

Its pretty cool to have so much interest around this, I can tell you. There is still so much to do and so little time to work on it. I really hope that a copy of 'Time & Again' can be arranged. THX is doing a great job on that for me. I am still waiting on some raw footage from a guy that owns a very interesting (read -deleted) item and within a couple of weeks I "should" have some footage of the Yuma set that has hardly ever been seen before!

I have been adding to the commentary track from a number of official sources and hope to get some more rarer sources in the coming weeks.

The October release date is getting close and I really do hope to have it out by the 31st. But things are a little out of my hands at the moment. It might have to be revised a little

Oh and by the way Will, I am only really using the Radio Drama for research purposes at present. I will not be including it on the disc as I am optimising space for the main doco.

Thanks for those links Big Blue Rig. I will be sure to take a look.

Well with only a few days until October 2006 arrives, I can categorically state that 'Returning to Jedi' will be delayed.

I continue to wait on input from a few sources and my own work level on the doco has not been very productive of late. Sorry for those that were expecting it to arrive bang on time but life, as you know, often gets in the way of hobbies.

I am now thinking Christmas is a more likely release date. But as always, I will keep you posted!

Hope it's not too late, but I have an interesting magazine you might get some use out of, Jambe. It's the April 1982 issue of a magazine called Fantastic Films. The cover article is "The Mystery Behind Revenge of the Jedi." Lots of fun speculation and such. I would be willing to share it somehow.

P.S. I don't think I've said it before, but I enjoyed Building Empire very much!

Jambe,

There's probably an isolated explosion or two in the asteroid fight scene from Episode II. That scene didn't have any music.

You know of the rebellion against the Empire?
