Hello there everyone,

Just want to say that I just recently watched the Despecialized Edition of the Original Trilogy. They are definitely my favorite cut of the OT that I've ever seen, and thank you to Project Threepio for creating subtitles for this version of the film!

When I downloaded this edition of the films, unfortunately I was only able to get subtitles for Empire Strikes Back, but not New Hope nor Return of the Jedi. CatBus, could you send me the English subtitles for both of these? Thank you, I'd really appreciate it :)

PM sent. The older the preservation, the less complete the built-in subtitle support would be. Eventually I hope excellent subtitle support just comes standard with any preservation, without having to ask for a separate download--but we're not quite there yet.

EDIT: However, the latest release of Star Wars Despecialized does have English subtitles, so if yours doesn't, you've got an old version and should definitely consider an upgrade--there have been major improvements since the subtitle-free 1.x series.
