Oh I meant a new era here on Earth, not in the SW universe. One in which we can calmly revisit the prequels and discuss them without all the party-line fanboy angst/baggage that comes with the average online conversation about them. Enough time has passed.

Disliking a movie because it was poorly written, directed, and acted isn’t “fanboy angst”. It’s just being honest. I certainly think it’s far worse to like the movie just because you grew up on it or because it has “Star Wars” in the title.
