I see the mistake I was making was looking for "Seeded" torrents only. This shows up when you search both seeded and unseeded torrents. And as of right now it is showing no seeds when I load it. But hopefully that will change soon.

I see now that it has been seeded. But my speed has dropped to nothing. I dropped from 60kbs to 2kbs. I can only hope that someone else finishes on this thing and then keeps it seeded. I will seed it once I finish for anyone who ever needs it.

That DVD was awfully although an original 35mm print or even better 70mm blow-up with six-track Dolby stereo (baby boom) Dolby format 42 now that’s the way too see and hear Star Wars.

Only the originals from the 70mm six-track Dolby stereo Dolby format 42 will sound better on DVD.

Ah yeah, the 4.2 audio mix... the only one of the original 3 audio mixes I don't have, and the holy grail of us ANH-philes...

It would be ideal for my project if a good audcap of the 4.2 were to turn up, an ac3 of this would go great on XP77 if I ever finish it...

Yes I converted both files to DVD and it's a Video_TS folder.I just thought it might be useful for people to have something ready to burn and for there to be another source for this.

Luckily my DVD player plays avi and xvid files so I just burned them onto a disc a played. I highly recommend investing in one. You can get them as cheap as $50 at WalMart.

I have an MPeg-4 DVD player so I can play them that way too however most people dont so I still think it's worthwhile having it in this format.The picture is the same quality as the original xvids and so is the sound.

I am assuming this DVD torrent is a PAL huh? Since I am in the US I will have to do some converting

The DVD torrent is only one I can get since it is new a demonoid allows anyone to grab new ones. It would be great if someone would either get me an invite for the 2 AVIs or re-post the torrent on demonoid, revoltuion torrents, or even mininova so I could get a version that I could convert to NTSC a little easier. Anyway....the DVD torrent is going to take like 2 months to download the way it going right now.

The original AVIs were 23.976fps (i.e. NTSC-film).

The DVD is encoded to PAL.I have managed to pick the upload speed for it up a bit so it shouldn't take as long now.And,of course,SEED when you get it!

Even better.....now if someone could just give me a hand on getting the torrent for avi's.....no converting for me

. If not....no big deal. I can finish off the DVD and then re-encode if I have to.....just a long process especially since the DVD is taking so long to download. Thanks for helping the speed a little BigBadDaddy but now there are more people downloading so it is spread pretty thin for the one seed.

I would like to have the torrents but demonoid is full and I cannot download old torrents from them. An invite for the torrents would be great. I am currently downloading the DVD but I would rather have the AVI's since they are NTSC. Any help would be nice....then I could seed as long as anyone needs them.

LordJedi just sent me an invite.....thanks Reave for the response. Demonoid is down for maint now so I pick up the torrents tomorrow. Any seeders out there please keep it alive a little longer and I can start seeding once I get it
