Since the release of the Star Wars Special Editions, Praxis shocwaves were added to the Death Star explosions and the destruction of Alderaan. But has anyone ever noticed that when Anakin Skywalker destroys the trade federation ship at the end of The Phantom Menace,it is missing the shockwave? Just something I noticed..

It's a smaller explosion. Only really, really big ones get shockwaves.
Doesn't Georgey know that two-dimensional (ring-shaped) shockwaves can't happen in space?
A moon sized space station and a planet presumably have different fictional explosion profiles to a giant Euro sign.
