One of the first things I did on this site was PM Hal9000 regarding some upscaled deleted scenes he made. I basically said everything I wanted to say in the subject, so I left the main text box blank. Essentially I sent him a markdown demo. We moved past that, though, and I got the scenes. Still, looking back, it was pretty embarrassing and a poor first impression.

A lot of stuff Iām responsible for in the Preservations/Fan Edits forums from 2007-10 is pretty atrocious. Fake rage capslock, and/or copying Frinkās jokes later on (which just got stale in no small part due to my attempts to copy).
edit: got my idioms mixed up and accidentally blamed Frink for my above. Corrected.

Because Apple sucks.
Quite a few developers and IT people would disagree with your assessment š Most of the best software you see these days ā not just the best native apps, but web sites ā is built using Apple hardware. There are reasons why Microsoft has been racing to make its core products, like .NET and SQL Server, cross-platform, while adding bash and other Unix-y things to their own stack. If youād suggested MS would be porting SQL Server to run on Linux even 5 years ago, you wouldāve been laughed out of the room.
At my company, you only get Windows hardware if you request it, and then all your team members hate you because getting everything up and running on your machine is a chore.
Donāt get me wrong. Windows 10 is a good OS and I use it on my gaming rig, because as great as Macs are, theyāre still pointless for real gaming. But I still think the best Windows laptop is a MacBook Pro running Bootcamp š
My new favorite editor is VS Code, btw.

I donāt hate you or wish you ill, but I wish you posted about half as much. You post too many stupid, meaningless, bandwagony posts. Every thing that comes up you have to have a response to, whether you actually have anything meaningful to add or not. Somebody could say anything on any topic and be guaranteed to get a response from you whether you actually have anything to add or not.
This is a complaint raised against you multiple times a day by multiple members and you just refuse to see it.
No one whose been on the forum for barely two months should have almost 2500 posts.

I too had a spat with ender a couple years ago that was largely due to some childishness on my part. I donāt remember the details but I think it had something to do with some satanic picture I posted when I was going through a weird childish anti religious phase that I got over. I think I was on some weird drugs (beyond the weed and alcohol that I donāt go beyond anymore) at the time and Iām sure it was my fault. I donāt even hold anti spiritual or anti Christian beliefs anymore.

In all seriousness, donāt stress it. I remember that too, but itās long gone. I donāt hold grudges. My biggest spat was probably with Bingowings, and Iām not angry with him anymore, either. I hope we can have a friendly relationship once again. Iām hardly around, so it probably makes it easier for those who have a hard time with me.
